At least in Dem3DofGeom, the choice is on type of simulation (small x large
strains). refLength is probably faster, but not usable in large strains..
Damn, large strains... When I recommended current branch for good, I was
thinking to Cauchy stress (no effect of strain, defining a static
quantity on current configuration). For anything else, I don't know.
