the link is here [1], under "Source code -> Download" it says:
For those behind firewall, you can download any revision of the repository as
compressed archive.
IIRC this was an URL once upon a time which was pointing to my server
with that directory containing tgz's generated daily from SVN or
something like that. vaclav
