I have a suggestion:
You may have a global name like BVPPlatform and a number of subnames coming out
of it each representing a package like:
BVPPlatform | DEM
BVPPlatform | FEM
and so on. As for BVP it stands for Boundary Value Problem which is more or
less all what we wanna solve using these various solvers/numerical methods.
This also allows for coupling between packages as in BVPPlatform | DEM/FEM as
well as the ability to reference a single specific package at a time when
writing a scientific document.
