Hi, Janek: Thanks for the reply, yes I have submitted that conference paper although still waiting to be accepted, but I think since this is not the final version there is still chance to correct this reference, what I did on that submitted paper is that I cited YADE's manual (I check the early svn directory and found a latex file, which I think is always what people did to cite commercial softwares), when the paper is accepted I will correct that reference.
