Please no. Projects typically have only ML or only forums; if the have both, only one of them is being used actively and it is confusing, seems to me. I would prefer to keep as much stuff as possible at launchpad. Having self-hosting has advantages of flexibility, but also disadvantages of maintenance (including downtimes, who will do it once Remi leaves and so on).
