Nguyen N.G. Hien confirmed that the question is solved:
Interesting.. I abandon the 0.97.0 there and then I compile Yade 1.00.0
instead, though it give some deprecated warning (of VTKRecorder) while
cmake-ing but in the end it doesn't really matter, yade 1.00.0 is up and
running now.
Maybe something bad happened when compiling 0.97.0
