Things go wrong after O.step() for ex ? Do the bodies really disappear
or go far away ?
With makeCloud() your sample has probably no interactions that prevents
GSTS (the timestepper) to work as usual. This should be handled
(https://www.yade-
dem.org/doc/yade.wrapper.html#yade.wrapper.GlobalStiffnessTimeStepper.defaultDt),
but try maybe to reduce timestepSafetyCoefficient ???
That's only ideas to test..
