I read one paper from Jan Stransky "COMBINATION OF FEM AND DEM WITH APPLICATION TO RAILWAY BALLAST-SLEEPER INTERACTION" and I notice in this paper. He simulated some nonsphere particle ballast contacting with sleeper. I was wondering which engine Jan used to do the contact detection? I mean the engine part in the code.
