jamespaul posted a new comment: Sorry to border Huanran here, After running biaxialSmooth.py, it generates packing folder and full of .gz files.I guess this is the information for each gaussian point.I can load them in the yade script, or I can unzip it and generate binary files.But I don't know how to analyze the data here.
