Hi,
I didn't use spherePack to generate granular packing. I "copied" the
current state of simulation to the sphere pack using
sp.fromSimulation(), so I could easily save positions of spheres to txt
file. This was my first idea, not necessarily the best. Now I think that
you could also use exportSpheres() function from export module [1].
