d sd posted a new comment: To see if the hassle is coming from the getBoundaryFlux() feature, you may take a look at the waft speed (or the flux) at different factors positioned inside the fracture. If the rate is the same everywhere, you can even use it to compute the permeability of your fracture with out the usage of the Qin and Qout.
