multi scheduler doesn't proxy live_migration

Bug description:
multi scheduler always uses the Scheduler class (driver.py) version of
live_migration vs using the compute_scheduler_driver version.
Currently no other schedulers override schedule_live_migration, so
it's not a problem... but it could be a problem at some point.
