Closing as invalid, since I've intestigated a bit more, and it is more a feature than a bug.
I thought the behaviour was more oriented towards the resource provider and not the user. I thought that the instances were not really deleted (until the interval finishes) so that an operator could debug/audit any deleted instances, therefore I was expecting is that if reclaim_instance_interval was set, the instances should not consume any resources (apart from disk), and they cannot be restored. ** Changed in: nova Status: New => Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Yahoo!
