Enhancement request.
There is no option to download a key pair in Horizon.
Steps to Reproduce the problem
1. Install O~S
2. Login to Horizon.
3. Create a new key pair.
Incorrect behavior
As soon as new key pair is created, it prompts you to download. As such, we
don't get the
direct option to download after key pair creation.
Expected behavior
Download option to be provided after key pair creation.
