There do not seem to be actual unit tests for the
nova.virt.firewall.IptablesFirewallDriver class.
There are tests for the various subclassing drivers, but there doesn't
seem to be unit tests for the base class itself, including the important
prepare_instance_filter() method that subclasses rarely override.
