Public bug reported:
1、in /nova/compute/manager.py pre_live_migration function , the table of
block_device_mapping has been updated the destination host's target LUN id .
2、in /nova/compute/manager.py post_live_migration_at_destination function
,when cleanup source host's target LUN , first query target LUN id from
table of block_device_mapping, but at the above step , the target LUN id has
been updated as the destination host's target LUN id. so ,when the source and
the destination target LUN id are not same , error will occur.
