Public bug reported:
Unable to create new image from "Image Location" when config the "Minimum Disk
(GB)" and "Minimum RAM (MB)".
But without these configs image created successfully.

1. Click "Create Image";
2. "Image Source" chooses "Image Location", and enter image url;
3. "Minimum Disk (GB)" - 20 , "Minimum RAM (MB)" - 1024;
4. Click "Create Image".
