Public bug reported:
1. As a admin Create multiple projects
2. Go to Identity->Projects page
Try to filter the project which is not listed in the current page. Observe that
filter does not return any result.
I think the current filter wont help user when thousands of projects are
available and not displayed in one page.
Would be helpful if filter picks the project listed in other pages as
well ( not only in current page)
