Title: Adding more tenants access to flavor with limited access causes already existing instance "size" in that tenant changes to "Not available" and shows "Error: Unable to retrieve instance size information" Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon): Incomplete Bug description: Running Icehouse in Ubuntu 14.04 tried on Centos 6.6 also Created a flavor "Flavor 1" with only "tenant A " having access to it and there are running instances created from that flavor.
