Public bug reported: Support for Windows / Hyper-V Server 2008 R2 has been deprecated in Liberty [1] and it is no longer supported in Mitaka.
The Log warning should be removed, as well as removing any usage of *utils modules using the old WMI namespace 'root/virtualization' and the CONF.hyperv.force_hyperv_utils_v1 config option.
