This was a mistake in how I described the screen. "Private" is simply
the name of a network - it's not a translatable object.

Bug description:
I'm using Doug's TVT system and running though his TVT test plan with
pseudo German.
On the Instance Overview page, under IP Addresses, the label "Private"
is not translated, screen shot attached.
