Nova VMWare provisioning errors

Bug description:
I am trying to provision a RHEL VMWare image (custom vmdk created
through template)
Openstack dashboard shows provisioning status for a long time, however
no activity on vCenter. PS- CirrOS VMDK (Conveterted from qemu-img
gets deployed with out errors)
Request help here
