Public bug reported:
The legacy launch instance wizard has issues fitting into the material
theme modal dialog width. The tab headings wrap over to a new line. The
default modal-dialog width of 600px (for a min 768px screen) is just not
wide enough. I think it'd be OK to widen it.
Note that the default theme has the modal dialog width set to 732px (how
very precise!) I think allowing material to also have that width would
be OK.
