As a result of stadium discussion, networking-fujitsu is no longer a part of neutron project, which is reflected in https://review.openstack.org/#/c/303026/3/reference/projects.yaml merged yesterday. From now on, all release requests are handled by the team managing the networking-fujitsu project.
