For TODO's I don't think we need to report a bug, we can directly submit
a patch for that change to Gerrit. Anyhow this TODO has been addressed
already in the current master. So marking this bug as Invalid.

Need to create the sample file for Add Floating IP request action.

Bug description:
Currently, the floating-ips-create-resp.json is used as the request
sample for Add (Associate) Floating Ip (Addfloatingip Action) in the
servers-actions.inc file. According to TODO, a new request sample file
must be created for this action.
