getting the following message.

I'm running what I believe is the latest version of cloud-init:
$ dpkg -s cloud-init
Package: cloud-init
Status: install ok installed
Priority: extra

Architecture: all
Version: 0.7.9-48-g1c795b9-0ubuntu1~16.04.1

I'm able to get rid of the message following the instructions provided,
but posting the bug report as instructed.
