Extra Spec form was reimplemented.
The current "Update Metadata" form has no issue described here.

required field asterisk missing

Bug description:
Admin > Flavors > View Extra Specs > Create
"Key" field is missing the asterisk. It will give the "This field is
required" error if you try to 'Create'.
