Wrong port number in Queens install guide

Bug description:
I noticed that on page
https://docs.openstack.org/keystone/queens/install/keystone-install-
rdo.html#install-and-configure-components, which is for installing and
configuring keystone, under Finalize the installation section, step 2,
this value export OS_AUTH_URL=http://controller:35357/v3 seems wrong.
Here port number should be 5000 as now keystone runs on same port for
all interfaces
