Public bug reported: [L3] stale device/process remain in network node after router removed
ENV: stable/queens Step to reproduce: 1. create HA router 2. attach router interface to subnet 3. remove router interface from subnet 4. delete router Just run these 4 steps a few times, you may see there will be ha-ports and neutron-keepalived-state-change process remain in the network node after router was totally removed.
