Public bug reported:

The "get_device_details" accepts an optional "host" argument, yet [1]
expects it to be set. This inconsistency is breaking agents that do not
pass the optional host argument.

We should probably either make this argument mandatory, either avoid
matching bindings against it if it's missing.
