Please use the versioned notification interface. It has interface attach
and detach notification.

Now, I need the notification messages when a interface attach or detach
from a server. but I found i could not get those messages. I can receive lots
of actions messages, such
as（compute.instance.power_off.end、compute.instance.power_on.end、compute.instance.reboot.end、compute.instance.rebuild.end
...).
so I think the nova code maybe missing some code which sending
interface attach or detach action messages to notifications.
