Description

If virt api cann't response, driver.live_migration will raise an exception and
won't start migration job. Nova won't rollback in that case. This will cause
nova's bdm and cinder's attachment unexpected.
Steps to reproduce
==================
Attached iscsi volume to an instance. Do live_migration and restart libvirt
after nova's pre_live_migration.
Expected result
===============
Aborted live_migration, rollback nova's bdm info and cinder's attachment.
Actual result
=============
nova's bdm and cinder's attachment record destination node connection_info.
