Bug description:
in the file 00-placement-api.conf you should add something like this inside
the VirtualHost
<Directory /usr/bin>
Require all denied
<Files "placement-api">
<RequireAll>
Require all granted
Require not env blockAccess
</RequireAll>
</Files>
</Directory>
