Public bug reported: It seems that when os-ken was forked from the Ryu project, we moved everything, including things we don't really need in Neutron, like CLI tools. As we discussed in the neutron team meeting [1] we should remove those parts of os-ken and make it as small as possible to just fit Neutron actual needs.
