Public bug reported:
I set up CADF notifications in Keystone. However, every time something
related to that gets logged, the message ends with the ASCII escape
sequence `\x1b[00m`. According to
https://bugs.launchpad.net/oslo.log/+bug/2038917 there should be an
option to disable that. I tried setting `log~color` to `False` in
`keystone.config` but that didn't work. Is this a bug or just a
misconfiguration on my side?
