Hello, Horizon greets Neutron :-).
Our Horizon tests (not exactly the tests but devstack environment preparing)
started failing around 27th of June.
The issue seems to be connected with Neutron (specifically
create_neutron_initial_network in neutron_plugins). Can someone please take a
look at it or direct me to the right path to find what can be wrong there? Log:
