Bug description:
in 2025.1 neutron decided to remove the linux bridge plugin
since that was not previously comunicated and supprot was not properly
deprecated in nova we kept support
for it when running with with pre 2025.1 neutron.
now that we have deprecated supprot we can now remove it form nova and
os-vif in 2025.2
this bug tracks that removal.
