Sorry; I need to correct myself. For Informational status, we would only need to clear the DISCUSS ballot, and have it on a telechat with no other DISCUSS ballots tendered. We only need ten ballot positions recorded for standards track or BCP. Nevertheless, the point's still there: if we tried to publish this as is, we'd probably get more DISCUSS positions recorded from the current IESG.
