Hi, Is the current CapacityScheduler aware of the network topology its running on (hadoop-common/.../NetworkTopology.java)?
I haven't found any reference as far as I'm tracing through the code but it seems that it will be useful if we would like to have a better container allocation strategy that takes into account of network. -- ~Hilfi Alkaff~
