The grizzly-http-* dependencies are still being pulled into the build despite
their removal in a previous patch
[HADOOP-18620|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-18620] . The issue
occurs because jersey-test-framework-grizzly2 has transitive dependencies on
jersey-grizzly2-servlet, which in turn brings in grizzly-http,
grizzly-http-server, and grizzly-http-servlet.
