Not blocking this patch, but that doesn't seem right. All schedulers MUST 
handle it. AMs shouldn't be burdened with coding for a specific scheduler.

Anyways, Sandy, can you please update it? I'd like to get this in for 2.1.0 
that'll happen sometime soon.
