Will [~Naganarasimha] had discussed this offline and was planning to handle the
same.
Reopening the issue to handle null shown in json . For empty arrayList in case
of 2.8 its returning null json. IIUC in case of json null is also considered
empty. For making both trunk and 2.8 in sync will avoid resourceInfo for
finished apps.
