What you're saying then, is that the {{FairScheduler.checkAccess()}} method 
does the same thing, including the null check, but if the queue is null the 
message is logged as debug, which is not loud enough.  Since it doesn't make 
sense to have the {{checkAccess()}} method always log louder, you're 
replicating the null check so that you can log it as a warn.  Am I correct?
