It is, you can run "mvn javadoc:javadoc". It now listed AbstractResourceRequest
to be a public interface, and getCapacity missing from ResourceRequest.
And in addition, this change really looks strange, let's try to make API clean
as before.
Reopen the JIRA and marked it to be 2.8.0 blocker.
