Updated patch against latest code base.
- Enforcing token auth always on ApplicationMasterProtocol
- Using AMRMToken irrespective of kerberos
- Fixed tests
One side effect is that Unmanaged AM is completely broken now, even in
non-secure mode. Commented out the test. Will fix it separately.
