Description:
Delete Cgroup container file timeout, nodemanager log shows many cgroup files
was deleted failed, this leads to system cpu utility continuously rise, and
system cpu utility will be normal when i delete cgroup file by hand.

was:
nodemanager log shows many cgroup files was deleted failed, this leads to
system cpu utility continuously rise, and system cpu utility will be normal
when i delete cgroup file by hand.
