Hi [~daemon],
Please ensure that *FIX VERSION* is never set as it would be done by the 
committers when they are committing the patch.
I like the idea but we need to have a clear use case to go ahead.

IIUC, the need for others to see the apps in the queue is to see how his 
applications are getting impacted by other apps in the queue. Other than that 
what other use case can you think for it ?  

Agree with your explanation that setting the app's acl rights is not dynamic 
for viewing the apps and each user might not take for others users of the queue.
