bq. Is testApplicationLifetimeMonitor() actually testing anything with FS?
Would it be a better approach to add an assume() so the test only runs with CS?
We actually add limited support of lifetime monitoring to fs with this jira. It
is a useful feature I think.
I am updating the patch addressing the comments.
