HBase 2.0 does not default to Hadoop 3. [our hadoop support
matrix|http://hbase.apache.org/book.html#basic.prerequisites] as of today still
lists the Hadoop 3 line as "Not Tested (NT)" which is how the community labels
things that are experimental.
