in the .cmd file relocation discussion.

I agree, some of these docker commands are called multiple times per container,
so this will be a nice improvement as well. I do want to call out that {{docker
inspect}} will have to be addressed too, as it is used to check that the
container is in a removable state prior to calling c-e to do the {{docker rm}}.
